Over his extensive career working in physical therapy and personal training, Adam has worked with a wide variety of clients. He understands what it takes to achieve his fitness goals and is passionate about sharing this knowledge with his clients. He has changed the lives of many clients through weight loss, post surgery rehabilitation, athletic performance. All success stories are rewarding but recovering from injury is dear to Adam’s heart. Having had back surgery himself, going from college athlete to learning to walk, run, and eventually play sports again, truly gives him the mental understanding of what it takes to live a healthy life.
