About: Hecker Pass Winery was established in 1972 by a third generation vintner from Italy. Our wines are produced in an old European style through dry farming, head pruning, hand picking, and wild yeast fermentation. No herbicides, pesticides or cultured yeast are used to produce natural wines with true Italian character. The fourth and fifth generations of our family are continuing the legacy and tradition in the art of fine winemaking.
